Order Cancellations & Modifications Policy

At Jewel Reflections, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion. Cancellations may occur due to, but are not limited to:

    • Payment authorization or billing issues
    • Errors in product or pricing information

If your order is fully or partially cancelled, we will notify you via email. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your financial institution.

Modification Requests

If you need to make changes to your order (such as item changes, shipping address corrections, etc.), please email us at myjewelreflections@gmail. com within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note:

    • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
    • In the event we are unable to modify the order, we will inform you promptly.
