Cancellation & Exchange Policy
At Jewel Reflections, each piece is carefully inspected and packed with the utmost care to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless the following conditions apply:
- The item received was damaged during transit, or
- The item received is incorrect due to our error
In such rare instances, we are happy to offer an exchange, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging must be included (jewelry box, tags, pouch, etc.)
- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Please note: Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

- Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
Our team will review your request and respond promptly. If approved, you’ll be given instructions to send the item back to us.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or event cancellations.
- All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the error was on our end.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Any jewelry showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.
